No BCM Found (2004.5 350z)

Hello,

I know this is a common issue (canbus vs kline modules) but this car is having some weird issues (no start and a SPORADIC Nats P1614.)

The BCM is not found by connecting, or by ECU finder. Can I safely assume this is a bad unit?

It's likely the car has CAN bus BCM.
